Rainbow Bar started with a simple idea: what if a café felt like a living room? Not a chain, not a trend — just a warm, honest space where people want to stay.
We opened our doors on North Main Street in Sheridan with a focus on two things we believe in deeply: properly made coffee and a welcoming atmosphere that doesn't rush you out the door.
By day, we're your coffee destination — pour-overs, lattes, and fresh pastries. By night, we shift into a relaxed bar with craft cocktails, local brews, and small plates. The same cozy vibe, just with the lights dimmed a little lower.
